It took some time until an obviously bad-tempered nurse with red short hair, looking as if she came straight out

of bed, appeared in front of him. She gave him an unfriendly look, her lips pressed tighly together. "Just because you are a private patient, you don't have to ring the staff for nothing." She spoke Italian with an incredibly strong German accent. It was damned hard to get a meaning of what she just said. She was no spring chicken and, most of all she seemed quite frustrated. Luca looked at her slightly intimidated, he read the name tag and then raised his eyebrows mentally amused. - Heike Straits - well, as a rule, all Heikes were probably frustrated and bad-tempered, especially with such a surname. Just as all Marla's were deceptive bitches. As theye said so beautiful - Nomen est omen - Ok, Straits wasnt that bad. Worse if someone was called gooseneck or some other inappropriate surename. He had to focus on the seriousness of the situation to keep himself from grinning stupidly. Damn what kind of drugs was it these guys had given him, he felt slightly hysterical? He cleared his throat and looked at the unfriendly nurse with all his remaining charm; "Excuse me, but I was panicking and I do not know why I was brought here." He really spilled all his charm, as far as he was able to, chained to bed in this ridiculous nightgown, he was wearing. He looked at her beguilingly; "You would be my absolute hero if you could enlighten me what is going on. His charm had no effect at all, it was a complete waste of time trying to charm her. Heike was a hard nut to be cracked. "You'll find out early enough. Doctors visit will be soon. "Now get some rest," she said, and then she was gone." No - can I get you something? Or some soothing nice words. Charming, charming, he thought. Then he sank back into his pillow, and there was nothing left for him to do than to wait until someone took pity on him. After an unsuccessful attempt to call Federico from the phone next to his bed, he did not want to disturb anyone else, since he did not know what was wrong with him yet. The phone didnt work, s
o much for complying every wish of private patients. Thank you very much Heike!
